The Early Bird Wedding menu

Please see below some of the dishes we provide for various courses. This is not limited so please enquire if you require an item that is not mentioned, if you would like to make an amendment to a dish or create your own personal menu altogether. We are happy to incorporate individual meals for children or those with special dietary requirements. We offer menus and packages using the following options: silver service, assisted service buffets and self service buffets.

Welcoming refreshments


Finger foods

  • Non-alcoholic fruit punch
  • Caribbean rum punch
  • Guinness punch
  • Champagne cocktails
  •  Jerk chicken cocktail sausages served with a guava dip
  • Assortment of cocktail patties (Beef lamb, chicken, fish or vegetable)
  • Vegetable mini spring rolls with a sweet chilli dip
  • Mini ackee and salt fish filled dumplings
  • Salt fish fritters


  • Caribbean mixed vegetable soup
  • Ackee and salt fish served with hard-dough bread triangles
  • Spicy chicken skewers

Main course

  • A quarter of Jerk chicken accompanied with the Early Bird signature jerk sauce.
  • Pan fried fillet of fish (Tilapia, salmon, sea brim or red snapper) served with an onion and tomato salsa
  • Roast beef with a rich shallot gravy
  • Jerk Lamb with mint sauce
  • Seasonal mixed vegetable curry


Side dishes

  • Rice and Peas
  • Potatoes (Roast or new)
  • Macaroni cheese
  • Jollof rice
  • Salad (selection of lettuce leaves, cucumber and tomatoes)
  • Fried Plantain
  • Boiled green banana, yam and dumpling
